Policies of the Hotel

Hotel Cancellation / Retention Policy:

Any special offer is 100 % non cancelable & non refundable offer.
The cancellation 30 Days prior shall draw 15% retention charges.
The cancellation 30 Days To 15 Days prior shall draw 01 Night retention charges.
The cancellation 15 Days To 07 Days prior shall draw 50% retention charges.
The cancellation 07 Days To date of arrival prior shall draw 100% retention charges.

Check – in / Check-out policy:
The check - in and check - out timings are 1400 hrs / 1200 hrs respectively.Late check - outs and early check - ins are subject to availability.

Checkouts after 1200 hrs are subject to the following charges:

25% of the room rate between 1200 – 1600 hours
50 % of the room rate between 1600-1800 hours.
100 % of the room rate after 1800 hours.

All arrivals prior to 6am are billed from the previous night.

Check – ins before 0600 hrs shall be charged 100% of the applicable rate.
Check – ins between 0600 hours and 1000 hrs will be charged 50% of the applicable rate.
Check – ins between 1000 – 1400 hrs will be charged 25% of the applicable rate.
