Just 3 km away from the capital of Goa – Panaji (Panjim), situated a breathtakingly beautiful golden beach of soft sand decorated with palm tress standing in front of the blue Arabian Sea. Miramar beach is very close to Panaji. In fact, Miramar is almost part of Panjim (Panaji) – the capital of gorgeous Goa.
Miramar Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Goa. Miramar Beach offers the opportunity to view the stunning sunset. Miramar Beach is the place where the Mandovi River meets the blue water Arabian Sea. Swimming in the sea at Miramar Beach is not sea because of strong undercurrent.
At Miramar beach, Goa one can get pleasure and satisfaction with some interesting activities like fishing, bird watching, shopping and strolling around. Initially, Miramar Beach was known as the Gasper Dias Beach.

One can also enjoy the closer view of playing dolphins. The best time to visit this beautiful beach is November to March.
